Design Process
Commencing with an initial consultation, we’ll evaluate your initial needs and long-term objectives, assess your space, and recommend how to proceed while establishing a realistic budget. Once the proposal is mutually accepted, we get to work! Start with measurements, then generate preliminary schematic designs, brainstorm ideas, and curate furniture, finishes, and materials. After receiving the essential sign-offs and approvals, we finalize the floor plans, notes, elevations, 3D views, and detailed documentation… Voila!! Your vision is on the cusp of realization!
iiDS employs Revit Architecture for drafting and detailed plan documentation while using Adobe Creative Suite for creating graphics and supplementary drafts to culminate comprehensive construction drawings. Furthermore, iiDS collaborates with architects, engineers, and contractors to procure all essential documents and permits necessary for the project.

Bita’s design objectives center around optimizing the space functionality, establishing harmonious and well-balanced lighting, and carefully integrating visual and sensory design principles.
